The Nola Rola was developed by Carolyn Nola-Johnson, a liscensed massage therapist, as a personal self-help tool.  It is an effective, easy-to-use aid for therapeutic relief of general muscle and back pain caused by tension, stress and strain.

The Foam Roller is cylinder in shape (6" x 36").  It is designed to enhance balance, body awareness, muscle re-education, neural and muscular flexiblity and stretching.

Massage Ball helps relieve stress and tension by activating pressure  points.  Great for relieving sore muscles and tired feet.
